N-acetyl-DL-amino acid is an important fine organic chemical intermediate, which is widely used in medicine, pesticide, chemical industry and other fields. |
| preparation | a method for preparing N-acetyl-DL-alanine, which is characterized by the following steps: mixing D,L-alanine and acetic acid in a molar ratio of 1:6, heating to 60 ℃, stirring and keeping warm for 3 hours; within 4 hours, uniformly add acetic anhydride equivalent to 1.2 times the moles of the amino acids, and then stir at 60°C for 2 hours; quickly distill under the conditions of a vacuum of 0.08MPa and 70°C, until the distilled liquid is added to the volume of acetic acid 1.2 times; then add water with 1 times the mass of the amino acid, stir and cool to precipitate and crystallize, and leave for 6 hours, solid-liquid separation, solid drying to obtain N-acetyl-DL-alanine. |
